#2. Kissing Is Good For Your Teeth
Can a kiss a day keep the dentist away? Not quite, but it is shown to help prevent tooth decay. That's because locking lips and swishing tongues increases saliva flow.
According to a study in Applied and Environmntal Microbiology, the minerals in saliva clean out food particles in the mouth and protect tooth enamel. We still recommend brushing and flossing daily, but adding a few extra kisses to your routine couldn't hurt.
